Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to return and refund on used items.
Although the utmost care is taken to ensure your product is in perfect condition, Items should be inspected upon arrival for any factory defects. If you wish to return the item it must be unwashed and unused in order to be accepted. If the item has been received with a defect it should be notified within 10 days. Thereafter the nappy is not eligible for a refund.
Our packaging is eco-friendly and may experience water penetration on delivery. We do not consider this to be damaged, as nappies will inevitably be washed before use.
Upon an item being defective please email us to return the product.
When we receive the item we will notify you of the state and whether or not it is acceptable for a refund. Once approved a refund will be made direct to the same source of payment.
